Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
The ability to hold onto your goals in the face of the pressure and stress of current reality. To hold on, and hold on, and hold onto what you want in the face of what you’ve got. Mental toughness is the glue that holds the team together when the heat is on and helps the team persevere just a little bit longer, which in many cases is just long enough to outlast the opposition.
